Customers are always solely responsible for the behavior and actions of their pets. If your dog is afraid of socialising, please let us know in advance.

All pets brought into our store must be up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. Customers are required to provide proof of vaccination upon request. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pet that appears to be unwell or poses a risk to the health and safety of other animals or individuals.
3. SUPERVISION
Customers are expected to supervise their pets at all times while inside store. Unattended pets may be subject to removal from the premises at the discretion of our staff.
4. LIABILITY
Our store takes every precaution to provide a safe environment for pets and customers, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur on the premises.
